How Will I Know When RCG Receives My Shipment of Goods?

When RCG receives the customer’s shipment of goods, the customer will get an email with an Order Number.

How Will My Order Be Processed?

Upon receiving the customer’s shipment, the order will be given an Order Number and processed based on the package the customer selected. Following is the Package Option(s) that you have selected:

Revolution Package – 30 Business days   from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends and federal holidays

Riot Package             – 20 Business days   from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends and federal holidays

Uprising Package      – 10 Business days   from date of receiving & assignment of Order Number to shipment (receive an email with tracking number) —- Excluding weekends and federal holidays

YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED.  THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL HAVE A SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER.

Please note, the processing of your order is based on BUSINESS DAYS and excludes weekends and Federal holidays.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

After processing and the grading of your card and/or collectible, RCG ships your order to the shipping address provided by you, the customer.  Timeline in which RCG ships the order to our customer is based upon customer’s order selection Package/packages (Revolution, Riot and/or Uprising).  Please be aware that delays in shipping may occur due to circumstances beyond RCG’s control, such as, inclement weather and postal service delays.

Does RCG Ship to International Destinations?

RCG offers international shipping to the following countries:  Australia and Canada.     Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  RCG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

How Do I Check the Delivery Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from RCG which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What Is the Return Policy?

RCG wants you, our customer, to be satisfied with our product and service.  We will fix error(s) in printing or if a particulate is in the case holder.  Customer needs to email RCG at info@revolutiongrading.com within 14 days of delivery date of package.  In the email include the following information, Your Name, the Order Number, the Tracking Number, and the Shipping Address.

What Is the Policy on Cancellations and Refunds?

Cancellation:  The customer can cancel the order by notifying RCG by email, info@revolutiongrading.com  prior to our company receiving your shipment of goods. 

Refund:  The customer can receive a refund by notifying RCG by email, info@revolutiongrading.com  prior to our company receiving your shipment of goods. After we receive the cards, there are no refunds as they are now working orders.
